(Flashback) Syrian rebels to get £5m help from UK, says William Hague

The foreign secretary, William Hague, says Britain is to step up its assistance to rebel forces fighting Bashar al-Assad's regime in Syria, donating £5m of 'non-lethal assistance' to resistance fighters.
