California, Oregon, and Washington Senators propose ban on offshore oil drilling


As the massive BP Gulf oil spill worsens by the day, all six U.S. Senators from the West Coast states of California, Oregon, and Washington introduced a bill on Thursday which would prohibit offshore oil and gas drilling off the West Coast.
