Zbigniew Brzezinski, former Carter Administration national security chief, speaking on MSNBC's Morning Joe, slammed Obama’s Syria Plan:
“We are threatened by sliding into a civil war…which can evolve into a larger regional war in which we will probably be pitted against Iran as an ally of Syria. The impact of that on international economics, on our well being, in fact, on our budget--we are running the risk of getting involved in another war in the region that may last for years….I see a lot of rhetoric, a lot of emotion, a lot of propaganda.”
