Conversations between Tony Blair and George W Bush could be published by Iraq inquiry


Government officials are preparing to publish secret records of more than 100 discussions between Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and George Bush held in the run-up to the Iraq war, it has been reported.

Civil servants are said to be near to agreeing a deal to allow the Chilcot Inquiry into the war publish the documents.

Records of telephone conversations between Mr Blair and Mr Bush, notes between the two leaders and papers documenting Cabinet discussions could be released to the public, according to The Daily Mail .... http://www.telegraph.co.uk
