The United Nations must fulfill its responsibility and stop Saudi Arabia from supporting foreign militants in Syria, a political analyst tells Press TV.
The UN and other bodies should assume their responsibilities and do whatever they can in order to stop the spillover and the continuation of the bloodshed in Syria, Ibrahim Moussawi, head of Hezbollah’s Media Office, said.
“I believe everybody knows now that…a lot of international powers, countries, forces, governments, bodies including the UN, they favor the [Persian] Gulf countries whether Saudi Arabia or…Qatar because they are paying a lot of money,” he added.
He believed that the UN and international bodies fall short to assume their responsibilities because they do not want to lose the help and financial support provided by certain countries .... http://www.presstv.ir
