92-year-old driver rams nine cars in 30 seconds

Mayville, Wis. police will not charge 92-year-old Russell Kerr after he hit nine cars in less than one minute in a ‘Piggly Wiggly’ parking lot. The man’s foot reportedly got ‘stuck’ on the accelerator, causing him to panic and careen out of control.
