To give Israel a legal excuse for seizing Palestinian homes, an MP has proposed a new version of an earlier bill to retroactively legitimize the seizure of property in the West Bank.
In October 2015, Israeli lawmaker Yoav Kish withdrew a bill that sought to legalize the seizure of Palestinian private property in the West Bank, after the proposal led to widespread anger.
