Authorities confirm 14 deaths by fire at the Pan American highway


Fourteen people were killed following the crash of a gasoline truck at the Pan American Highway, in the outskirts of Caracas. Of this total, 12 were passengers in a bus traveling between Caracas and Los Teques, Miranda state. Eleven were killed inside the unit and one on the outside, while he tried to escape the flames. The other two people killed were traveling in private cars. The information was provided by Caracas Metropolitan Firefighters.
