The Syrian army has reportedly arrested a number of terrorists responsible for the massacre of civilians in the restive city of Homs, Press TV reports.
At least 15 civilians, among them a woman with her four children, were killed after armed gangs stormed the Karm al-Louz neighborhood of Homs on Tuesday. This was the second civilian massacre in Homs in recent days. At least 45 people, including women and children, were tortured and killed in Karm el-Zaytoun on Sunday night ....
