CMPD Detains Man For Filming Military Drill On City Property

CHARLOTTE, NC -- A man was arrested after standing on public property to film an urban warfare drill being conducted in a city-owned parking lot. The CMPD officer who arrested him tried to smash the camera used to take this footage by throwing it to the ground after the citizen was in handcuffs.
