Why not enough sleep will make your life a nightmare

A lack of sleep can have far-reaching health implications


Russell Foster, Professor of Circadian Neuroscience at the University of Oxford. He explains: "We squeeze more and more into the day and with the demands of e-mail and work, sleep is always the first victim."
