In the lead-up to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit in Wales on Wednesday, NATO plans start to be revealed while one source says NATO soldiers are already on the ground in Ukraine.
According to a spokesman for the Donetsk militia speaking to Russian state media outlet TASS, “a group of five or six NATO officers has been blocked in the town of Mariupol in the Donetsk region.”
The same day, NATO revealed that member countries will create a "Readiness Action Plan" at the summit, which reports say will give their Response Force a faster response time to crises .... http://www.telesurtv.net
