'No to ‘politicized’ oil prices, market to decide' - FM Lavrov

Russia could resort to cutting oil production to shore up prices - but the country's Energy Minister says a final decision is yet to be taken. There are essentially two relatively-easy ways to regulate the oil price. The first, which can be done internally be any country, is fighting speculative oil trading. The second is reducing oil output, but for that to work, major international producers have to agree.
