A gunman fired shots from a passing vehicle on the 1200 block of Barley Mill Road near the Vice President's home around 8:30 p.m. The Vice President and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, weren't home at the time of the shooting though they were spending the weekend in Delaware, according to authorities.
Secret Service personnel heard the shots and said the vehicle drove past the home at a high rate of speed and fled the scene .... http://www.wdel.com
