The US denies plans of invading Venezuela; reports HR violations
The United States denied on Thursday that it was planning a "military invasion" on Venezuela and defended its "sovereign" right to impose sanctions on Venezuelan officials. It also urged the Organization of American States (OAS) to "speak out" about human rights "violations" in Venezuela.
