China: Massive explosion in Tianjin

A massive blast has been reported in the city of Tianjin in northern China late on Wednesday. Photos and videos posted on social media showed a huge mushroom cloud lighting up the night sky.

Images released by state media showed evacuated people running in the streets. There have yet been no official reports on deaths and casualties.
