"Apparently Mr. Trump thought the question was unfair and I was attacking him," she told viewers. "I felt he was asked a tough but fair question. We agree to disagree."
Kelly said she would not respond to Trump's personal remarks about her, which included a comment he made that was widely interpreted as a suggestion she was menstruating during the debate.
"I certainly will not apologize for doing good journalism," she added.
