Concerns were raised about voter fraud after C-Span released a video showing that a caucus chairperson from Polk County, the state's most populous county, and a Hillary Clinton precinct captain failed to conduct a count of the caucusgoers.
The Sanders campaign said that the Iowa Democratic Party also failed to properly staff 90 Iowa precincts and, therefore, did not collect results, which accounted for about 5 percent of all votes cast in the state, reported the New York Times.
