Jerry Hayes, who was MP for Harlow in Essex from 1983 to 1997, was shown the “grainy footage” and was told the name of the man said to be a senior Tory grandee.
He said he did not believe the accusation at the time but highlighted his experience last week as he reflected on a possible paedophile ring in Westminster during the early Eighties.
Mr Hayes saw the video while working as a journalist in Westminster between 1997 and 2002, and said it was one which “was doing the rounds.” .... http://www.express.co.uk
