BBC receives around 5,000 complaints over "lamentable" jubilee coverage

The British state broadcaster, the BBC, has received around 5,000 complaints over its coverage of the Queen's diamond jubilee celebrations earlier this month. Irate viewers described the coverage as amateurish, boring and sycophantic. Roshan Muhammed Salih reports from London.
