Police and unemployment blamed for UK riots

A new report by community groups in London has blamed last summer's unrest in the UK on the police and youth unemployment. The report says that realtions between the police and communities are "toxic", and that young people feel they have no stake or future in society. Roshan Muhammed Salih reports from London.
